Polishing dog dish hubcaps

Here is the end result so far on my quest for the stock look....just wondering what grit sand paper or steps to make them look a bit better...right now using product called... Wicked and Never Dull....paid 50 bucks for the pair... was that too much!!!....these are for a 1/2 ton....first step so far...the rears are next!! any tips greatly appreciated!!!
