Here is the reproduction switch for the '64-'66, I'm not sure about the quality of this one, but it's priced the same as the crappy low quality '63 switch, so I suspect it might not be good:

Sadly, I don't see an 'OE Quality' '64-'66 switch, but maybe you could call them and see.

EDIT: With my superior sleuthing skills, I was able to find the OE Quality '64-'66 switch, and it's cheaper than the '63 OE Quality:
