need some opinions please

I'm looking to buy this truck and want some opinions...

67, with recent rebuilt 350 (strong engine) with average parts but I think it was done right...sounds good with a nice lopey cam but not too much.
Th-350 says rebuilt also. 12 bolt with posi, maybe stock

wood floor not there, not much rust from what I can tell, some in the driver rocker and floor
tires are shot and rub on bed side
PS, PB (disc in the front) must have been replaced from drum.

What would a high price and a low price be for this? I can't make up my mind.
