im having problems with the rear end

im having a hard time from keeping the rear end down on the ground ,im getting real aggrisive wheel hoping left to right ,not bounce but hard to keep control ,its 4 link system ,when i take off from dead stop it burnout nice until 2nd kicks in then wheel hops starts ,today i was rolling and jump on it ,the front end was going back and forth like crazy ,almost felt like it was going to flip on its top .
any suggestion .i did adjust the 4 link once and it hook up good .
