TF interior light question

Did any TF's have buttons in the hinge posts to turn on a light when the doors are opened? If so, where were they installed? Anyone added them? I haven't seen any buttons for this purpose in any of the parts catalogs but I'm guessing that Cameo's and Custom Cab trucks would have come with them. I am going to install door switches and some under-dash lights and would like to put the switches where the factory put them. If this wasn't a factory option I'll get the switches first and then just pick a spot where they will work.
