Too Much Stuff

As the title says I have too much stuff ,car parts from my Chevelle ,my El Camino ,my 55 Bel Air ,81 Trans Am ,my current 72 Chevy truck project ,Die cast cars ,pedal cars ,and then the various junk. How do you guys decide if ,when and what to get rid of ?I lost track of how many sets of wheels I've got laying around for my truck and cars .Im out of room unless my 55 sells soon ,then I can build another building to house more stuff .Just wondering how you decide when to part with stuff and what you part with. Im terrible about keeping spare parts everywhere .I've already given some truck stuff away and some Chevelle parts as well.
