Wheel bearing whine

So I'm hearing a whine from my 65 chevy long bed 2wd, it increases with MPH, not engine speed. I know Its not the rear wheels cause I jacked it up and ran the wheels with no noise. I just re packed the front bearings and it did nothing to eliminate the noise. I installed CPP's fron disc brake conversion, so Its all new, and has less than 5,000 miles on it, though when I had the bearings out I noticed "CHINA" stamped on them, could this be my problem?? I know its not the drive line or tranny either cause I can be coasting in neutral and it whines. Anyone have a link for some good american bearings I can order online?

Thanks
