Anything "interesting" to do with the spare tire recess in the rear fender?

Anyone do anything "interesting" with the spare tire recess on your trucks fender besides putting a spare there? Just seems like it is begging for some trick doohickey or something creative other than leaving it an otherwise useless feature. If i didnt want to leave my original patina intact i would simply find a fender without the recess but cant so i would like to come up with something interesting. Thanks
