Drum to Disk 1962 keeping tortion bar

Can any one tell me the easiest way to swap breaks and keep the tortion bar suspension? Is there another of Truck of car that I can use as a donor? I would like to get a donor so I could use the booster, get correct line length and possibly use the power steering. Any advise will help! The more the better!!!
Thanks!
