Whats in your buddys garage?
I went to my buddys house over the weekend for his stepsons birthday party. Well, I quickly found my way into his garage as I havnt seen his nearly completed 66 Impala nor his 72 Checy C10 he's building. Here are some photos I thought you guys would be intersted in checking out.
DETAILS: 66 Impala - full frame off resto, 4 wheel disc brake, 388 stroker, custom TH400, GM 12 bolt w/ 3:73. The body has been fully worked over with the original color sprayed back on. He is still in the process of completing the interior, but we were able to take a cruise in it. I wish I could have taken a photo of the posi marks he left on the back road, but I can honestly swear to it that is was an easy 75 foot posi burnout. Awesome ride! 72 Chevy C10 - boxed framed, custom modified front cross memeber to fit the big block, narrowed rear, 4 link, 4 wheel disc brakes, massive Hoosiers out back. The motor is a custom 632 ci with 890 hp. I did get to see the dyno sheet to verify it. This framework is beautiful and motivates me to keep going in mine. Heres some photos:
