64 gmc 1000 305e v6

Been looking at this forum for the past year scince I bought my truck, just now getting around to joining. There is alot of very useful info on just about any subject you can think of on these pickups and some very talaneted folks doing awsome work. Just wanted to start off saying thanks for tips and ideas.
Here are some pics of the day I rolled it off the trailer after picking it up near Burnet. About 30mins and a quick trip to the parts store for a new distr cap, fresh gas, and a set of points she fired off after sitting for 6 1/2 years.
