Factory high back bucket seat (1)
I believe this is a 70's seat, as it is all vinyl with no arm rest. Blue in color, out of a Burb or Blazer. NO tears in the cover, foam is perfect...just clean this seat and run it...gorgeous shape and condition!! No brackets...you will have to use your own. 73-87 Burb/Blazer/truck bucket brackets will all bolt right up. $50 plus shipping. Will be cheapest likely if sent Greyhound.
