side mirror pics

My truck doesn't have any mirrors. Whoever did the body work filled the holes. I haven't looked inside the door yet to see if they filled the original holes with bondo or welded them. The style mirrors I want to put on are at the top of this page: http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cbe/full.aspx?Page=47

It looks like they come with bolts that I assume thread into a tapped hole. Since I don't have these holes available, how would I go about mounting these? I only want to drill once. Anyone have measurements available or up close pictures to properly locate the mirrors?
