My wheel idea for 20" steelies

Plan A is 15" steelies with stock dogdish caps. Here is plan B: I was thinking 20" steelies would look cool with dogdish caps, but no one makes them. I know about the dodge stockers, but welding the holes up in the center and the fact they are the wrong lugnut pattern lead me to another thought. Coker tire has 20" steel rims in 5x5, but the widest they make them is 6" wide. So my thought was to see if a wheel company can widen those. Alternatively, I was wondering if it would be easier to take the dodge wheel, remove the center, and put the Coker center in it, if of course it fit. Any thoughts? I'm crazy, good idea??
