72 cummins build brutus ii

Hi, I am new to this side of the board. I usually hang out on the 47-59 side. I am now working on a 71-72 project that should prove interesting.
I have a 90 dodge 3/4 ton two wheel drive with a cummins to start with.
My dad bought a 90 dodge cummins four wheel drive for the frame and engine. He is working on a mid 1940s Peterbilt pick up and isn’t going to use the Transmission transfer case and axles. so he gave them to me.

The body on my dodge it pretty straight but has the usual problems of that generation cabs . it creaks and pops and the doors sag, the plastic is falling apart. you get the idea.

So here’s the plan, swap the 4WD running gear under my dodge 2WDframe and then do a body swap using the 71-72 Chevy cab fenders and bed . I have a good 71 cab and front fenders. the 72 and a 68 cab should supply enough small parts for a good start.
