Fuel pump install

Well I'm getting ready to upgrade the fuel system in the 70 swb. I'm runnin an A1000 aeromotive. My question is..I have a fuel cell in the back of the frame with a sump. I know the pump pushes a lot better then it pulls. Well the sump sits down further then the bottom frame rail. I want to mount the pump the frame rail. I know the pump should be siphon feed. So my outlet line to the pump would have to come up and then over to the pump. Will this create problems feeding the pump so it can push the fuel to the engine? Also this fuel system is a dynamic bypass. Some pics of would be very helpful. Thanks fellas!
