With all the tricks & tips on the board, its just a "shot in the arm"(gets an old man revved). I have been playing trucks for a long time, & had several daily drivers in the 67-72 bracket. my longhorn was driven home in the end of Dec 1984, & completely dismantled. what started to be a resto, with a few up grades.....went a little wild! she is down for the season, the leaf springs are laying on the floor. I had thoughts on building a 2 link/air bag setup.....but the 4 bar looks much better! while Im in there, I just as well c notch the frame, & make good use of the bags I still dont have the door glass done after chopping the top, & still "pimpin in primer", but its a wild ride when Im "rowin" gears, & does draw some attention when its on the street! No, I doubt that the old truck will ever be really done.......you just keep adding on crazyL
