alternator threads stripped:(
I was replacing my serpintine belt, loosened the alt bolt so I can move the alt from left to right, replaced serp belt and went to tightened alt up and my thereads were stripped
 the alt is in good shape but I can't tighten it down because the threads are stripped. Any suggestions on how to save the alt besides making new threads?? I don't have a tap n dye to make new ones so I'm open to suggestions... Please. I don't wanna have to buy a new alt.Posted via Mobile Device
