The cam I have for the engine on my stand is a hydraulic roller from Crane, but a flat tappet cam with similar duration numbers should be fine...214/221 @ .050 on a 114LSA. Duration numbers in this area with a 112 or 114 lobe separation angle should yield good economy and make good torque numbers. No lope, great vacuum. This one will be fine with fuel injection, some of the older systems are finnicky about cams any bigger than this.
