I got a board member who owe's me money what should I do ?

I sent a guy from this board a Radio Delete Plate back in June he said that he would send me the money when I sent him the piece. I sent it to him on a Monday If I remember right. on Friday I PM'ed him and asked him if it had arrived yet. He replyed "Yes it did today I will send you the payment" It has now been 3 months and still no money. I am getting really pissed I have sent him a couple of messages in the first week of September and he said that he was Sorry he thought that the money had arrived. He said that he would add a percentage and have the cheque mailed so that it arrived the next day. I sent he a reply Saying " Don't worry about the percentage just send me the money". I waited a week no money. Now he is Ignoring my PM's Cause there is a message tracking thing and I see that he has read my messages.


If anyone wants his User name just PM me That way no one else will get RIPPED OFF.
