Need help wiring ignition switch-photos

I am just about finished up doing my 6.0 swap in my 1970 C-10. I am in need of help wiring up the ignition switch. I have attached a picture of the back side of the switch an of the wires I am working with along with their labels. Any help to get it going would be great.

Wires
Pink-IGN Empty
Yellow with black stripe-cranking signal
Orange-battery empty
Pink with black stripe-12V switched
Black-ground

If someone could tell me which wires go where on the switch that would help me a lot.
