A 9" rearend question for the "Mad Scientists"
I ordered the Currie 9+ Centurion Ford 9" reared end housing, 3" DOM tubes, late model big Ford billet housing ends to go in my '71.
My question is; should I center the housing or center the pinion? I have heard that Ford centered the housing in order to have constant pinion angle laterally or side-2-side as well as the vertical pinion angle. I would rather have equal length axles and the housing centered but am willing to center the pinion if needed. All advice is greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Adam
