Removing '78 Scottsdale 20 emblem
Yo! Y'all!
Sorry I've been so scarce, but I'm just finishing a year long addition onto the house. FRANKENTRUCK is finally getting a primer coat. Hardly looks like the old ugly truck! No more bovine-crushed rear quarter, no more bullet hole! I'm finding conflicting information in my searches for information as to how to remove the fender emblems. My 1978 Scottsdale 20 emblems are attached with speed nuts. Are there any secrets, other than removing the outer fender, to removing and replacing these emblems for painting? Thank you all very much for all your help in the past,...FRANKENTRUCK would not be the truck that it is, if not for all your technical help and support! It's one hell of a truck that you helped me build from scratch! I'll post pics via the FRANKENTRUCK thread once I've got it primer gray. Thanks, Todd.
