What a cool truck. I hadn’t seen it before today. Looks to be in great shape and should come in handy with the trucks and space you have available.

I’m curious – do you know what all that stuff is next to the carburetor? Looks likes some type of servo or diaphragm, a bunch of tubes that seem to have original clamps, and a couple of canisters I don’t recognize. I’m curious if part of that is something associated with the PTO or some other accessory?

Also wondering if anyone knows what the benefit is of having the thermostat bypass. I know they’re rare, but don’t understand what value they offer. And the 2nd engine picture looks interesting too – it seems to have the late 60’s oil fill pipe with the smog valve and a sealed cap, but no breathers on the valve covers. Maybe some of that pipe stuff going to the air cleaner is the breather inlet connecting to the old road draft tube outlet? It’s all very interesting because it seems pure stock and I’ve never seen an installation like this before.
