87 close to original valve cover paint?
Pulled my valve covers bead blasted them then primed them with duplicolor engine enamel primer then coated it duplicolor semi gloss black says for "FORD" and is 1635 item number from duplicolor.
they look pretty good but they're a bit too shinny really is there anything out there thats closer to the original sheen that you guys know of? duplicolor does has 1634 low gloss black that says GM but I bought that too and tested a spot before I painted them and it seemed way to flat.... any tips? thanks |
