my terror tenants that im trying to get rid of had a problem with their air conditioner system today. I went to go leave a service call check for the tech when he got there and I find this roaming on my property . I asked my tenants kid if it was theirs ( they have a no pets lease) and they insist no as did my tenant when i spoke to her.. the one daughter said it belonged to a neighbor and gave me an address. I told the daughter to have them call me to arrange meeting up so i could return it and so far i havent heard word one... i guess he will stay if they dont claim it... ( i also made sure i called into the local police and gave them the information about it including the alleged owner as well as my address and contact numbers) so my question is how could you leave this little guy in ayard where he can get out ( multiple times) and have him playing on a subruban road with traffic
