I'm building my second LSx swap right now. I just used an aftermarket alum. Radiator from Coolcraft. So far no problems. You can use an internal or external fuel pump. Best bet is to go to ls1tech.com in the Hybrid sub forum and look at some of the builds. There are some that are stickies and answer most questions. I'd try to get a manifold that only has a fuel supply line. Some have supply and return so you have to run two lines to the front. Manifolds are cheap and pretty much interchangeable between all motor types.
