bags bleeding tank

Just putting everything back together and thought I was good and when I hit one of my switches on my air ride it seems to drain the tank instead of just that corner.
Looking at the valves now in the picture, I see why since the bottom left line is the input from the tank, but how should these be set up? If I move the input to the right of the black valve the pressure sensor reads the tank pressure instead of bag pressure.
