92 sport info..

last truck was an 86 c10 short wide.
now i just picked up a 92 sport..short and ill say wide.

plan to drop the truck. 86 had a 5-7 kit on it.
coils, springs, spindles, notch and shackles i think.

kit cost me around 900 from cpp

not looking to drop truck tomorrow. buying a house so money is tight

i remember on the 86, i just had exhaust done. new. then the guy who lowered truck cut my new exhaust. dont want that again. 92 could use exhaust but gonna drive it as is till i get the truck lowered.

not sure if 5-7 kits are out there. or 4-6 is the option....saw some kit that have control arms to lower front. think i want spindles..
if i can do it little by little or better off waiting and buying all parts then install in spring.

can i run headers with a 4-6 or 5-7 drop? if so shorties?
any good priced kits out there for under 900??

i lower all of my vehicles, car or truck one way or the other.

i did the rear and notch on my 85. but did not mess with the spindles....didnt want to damage front end parts.
im new to these year truck. big fan of the c10s.
this is my daily. will most likely stay high...stock. till after winter.

appreciate any info.
