Unhappy How to part rusty U-bolt from the trailing arm

This is really starting to piss me off!

One of the U-bolts on my truck does NOT want to come out. The only thing keeping this U-bolt in place is rust. I undid the nuts, and banged upwards with a large hammer; it stayed stuck in place. I cut the U-bolt in half, and one side came out without much trouble, but the other side is stuck firmly in place. I bathed it in PB Blaster and then banged on the remaining half of the U-bolt; it wouldn't come out. I then placed my jack on the bottom of the threads and lifted the whole back end of the truck in the air and banged downward on the trailing arm and it still won't come out.

I'm starting to run out of ideas. Anyone have a good way to get this damn bolt out?
