Fuel door

Wondering if a 79-87 fleetside fuel door would be the same for both right and left side. I am thinking you could take a good right side one flip it and use on the left side.

LMC only list one and doesn't indicate left or right.

But I did notice it says it fits standard and auxiliary tank doors.

Anybody order one? and did it come with the hinge?
