New wheels today!! Have a question....

I picked up some new (to me) wheels today! Found a set of 6 lug aluminum slots. Tires are garbage, but these are my all time favorite wheels!!! Had to drive a couple hours each way to get them. Haven't touched them yet, but I think they will clean up really nice.

I put them up to the truck and found that my old lug nuts won't work. The part that seats up against the hub (flange?) is much thicker (1") and the lug holes are about 5/8" and are much bigger than the ones on my old set. It seems that the lug nuts will need some sort of shank on them. Can anyone advise the correct way to determine what lug nuts I will need????
