Does any pink go with any pink- a wiring question

I'm working on the wiring harness for my 5.3 donor engine and it's now time to connect the pink wires to the fuse block. I've been following the directions on LT1Swap.com so I have a total of 16 wires to connect to 3 terminals on the fuse block.

That means that I'll have to group the wires in three sets, two of 5 wires and one with 6. So here's the question does it really matter which wires are grouped together? Does it matter if 5 of the injector wires are in one group with 3 in another or if both coil pack wires are in the same group. Before I go to the trouble of tracing out each of the wires so that certain ones are grouped together, I thought I'd get your onion.

Thanks
