I am about to place an order for this stuff, dont have the slightest idea how well it works, but sounds easier to work with and is a weld through primer. http://www.picklex20.com/ Seems to be a bit less costly than Por15 also. Below is the pricing thay sent me.

Price List : 16 oz = $21.90 + $9.00 (s & h) = $30.90, covers 200 sq.ft. on bare metal surface 32 oz = $39.90 + $11.00 (s & h) = $50.90, covers 400 sq.ft. on bare metal surface 1 gal = $77.00 + $12.80 (s & h) = $89.80, covers 1600 sq.ft. on bare metal surface Note : Any ordinary plastic spray bottle can be used for spraying. The coverage shown are the estimate of application by simultaneously spraying and brushing by a paint brush. Only one coat is needed (on bare metal, the cost of the product comes out to be few cents per sq.ft.). Shelf life of Picklex®20 is more than 3 years after opening. Prices shown are in US Dollars. The shipping charges are for inside USA and shipped by UPS ground.
