Wiring Connectors?

I'm installing the new radio in my truck my wife gave me for Christmas.

So I've installed a lot of radios/connected a lot of wires over the years using the twist and tape method, plastic compression connectors, etc.

I would like this to look a little better than my typical "get it done fast" job.

So, I thought I'd throw this out. What is the best and most professional way to connect the wires to the speakers/truck? Any suggestions on connectors?
