fixed tilt wheel, now steering wheel upside down

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum. I have a 1991 Blazer and I had the notorious tilt wheel issue with my steering column. Long story short, I repaired the tilt wheel and reassembled everything. Now after I finished putting everything back together, the steering wheel is virtually upside down. I didn't turn the wheel during the install and it only fits on one way, so I'm extremely confused. Am I missing something? I don't think a wheel alignment is going to fix this issue.

Jon

ps, here's a photo of the truck
