The Burb was stacked up around the perimeter of the junkyard
with several cars piled on top of it. The weight of the cars finally leveled it. The way it got crushed was shamefull. It came into the yard as a complete Burb with good chrome and a lot of good parts. The owner of the yard stuck it into the pile before anyone knew it was there, (my son works there and he did not know about it). I happened to spot it in the pile. Since it still had the axles, transfer case and tranny in it, I asked to have it. After two years it was uncovered and it was pretty flat. The frame and running gear are all good so it was worth removing the remains of the body.

As you can see I have a head start on Jeff for a frame off
restoration!
