I am a Journeyman Mechanic and I still love to have as many books on whatever I'm working on ,as I can find . These days I tend to buy new Shop Manuals so I can scribble notes , tips and comments in the margins.... Take the time to find an owner's manual and an illustrated parts manual too , they'll be ever so helpful after a thing has been apart a while waiting for parts or the time to get back to it....  .
