How Should I Raise This Truck?

Guys, This truck has to come up. I can't even get it into my local Kwik-Car for an oil change since it is so low. This truck is new to me and has the fliped rear end / with a front Camero Clip. Now the question is how best to raise it. In the front I would assume I could just install new coils, since they were cut, how much is unknown, ( no dropped spindles ). In the rear, I was thinking I could undo the flip and go back to stock and then do blocks if needed. I would like to bring it up 2" front and 3" or so in the rear. At the rear bed step it is 7.5" at the bottom to the floor. I talked with a local shop and they said just re-arch the rear springs. Wouldn't the re-arch move the mounting points inward on the flat plane. Help, I stupid on this subject.

Joe,
