70 blazer with a 93 cummins swap

How's it going guys.. I have my blazer I bought with my military bonus 11 years ago that im doing a frame off restoration.. ive got the frame blasted and coated now I'm working on the rst repair. I've ordered the replacement panles... recently I bought a buddies 1st gen cumimins.. I want to up grade the brakes, steering system, any ideas on what I should do to compensate for the extra weight up front.. im just looking for some ideas and maybe tips from some guys that have done this... this is my first project.. I also have a 68 pick up I plan on doing a ls1 swap on after I complete the blazer..
