Slightly loose hub

So my problem is as stated in the title. I noticed today that one bolt is missing on my drivers side locking hub. This is giving it a little bit of play. I haven't dealt with fixing manual locking hubs in the past so I could use a few pointers as to what to do. Could putting a bolt in the missing spot fix it?
Thanks in advance.
