There is no excuse for not doing it. It applies to all vehicles here, not just older cars. When you don't do it, you suffer the consequences just like anything else.

I think it's a great law. Because of folks' negligence I have been able to fund every aspect of my project.

mine are on nonop as well. my bro just finished paying 7 years of tags on his truck that he never non opped. the truck was worth the 900 back tags to him XD
