Not sure what this kind of stuff is actually called but I have always liked seeing what artist come up with and what they use in their final product.
I used rivets, and nails, washers and TIG rod. It was fun, but it was tedious welding the ends of two 1/16" welding rods together.

Anybody else do this kind of tinkering?
This was my first attempt. I will have it on my desk at the weld school.
