No fuel pressure @ fuel rail

I have no pressure @ fuel rail, dropped gas tank and connected pump to battery and it spends and sounds fine. Truck started without trans a couple of weeks ago and now that I have put it back in it won't turn over. Fuel filter and entire fuel system is new but has been sitting for about 7 years without any fuel in system. What else is there for me to check?

.....might I add that I thought tank needed more fuel so when adding fuel it was getting stuck in filler neck? Waited 15 min and gas was sitting there and I could hear it dripping into tank. I squeezed filler neck and fuel went down only as I continuously squeezed? Dropped tank inspected filler neck and tank nothing seem to be clogged?
