69 C10 Drum/Drum problem please help!

My 69 C10 has manual brakes with drum/drum. I replaced all the brakes 1 1/2 years ago and have not had any problems till today.

I went for a drive and I started smelling a burning smell and was taking alot of extra effort to brake. I only drove 10 miles and when I stopped to check what the smell was I knew it was the brakes. The front drums were smoking hot and the left rear drum was hot as well. The right rear drum was cool. The other 3 were so hot that when i splashed water on them they were sizzling and steaming.

I have not had any problems till now, it never pulled one way or the other. What could cause 3 of 4 drums to be so hot? I was going to adjust my shoes in the next week but that was before this happened. I have no clue what the problem could be. When I redid the brakes it was new rubber hoses, master cylinder, shoes and wheel cylinders. Still the same hard lines. Thank you in advance for any help you may provide.
