Found a project truck and have some questions

Hey guys, I'm a 67-72 guy but I went and looked at what I was told was a 49 step bed today. I'm getting the info from the fellows wife. Old six banger is back in the chassis Her husband has "rebuilt it himself" It Looks awesome, all new gaskets and its clean. She says it runs great. Cab corners are bad. Floor has some patch panels it it. Running boards, Bed sides, fenders and chrome grill all look good. New Firestone wide whites, New brakes, lines and hoses for all 4 corners. Seat is there and nice. He was going back original.
Since its complete... but apart... and the fact I'm not familiar with this era truck... I have a couple Questions.

The Bedsides were standing up, and taller that I am at 6 ft. Would that make it a long bed?

It is a big six lug pattern with heavy leaf springs up front... Would that make it a C20?

Would it a be a steal at $1500.00???
It it worth hanging in the Dog House till I can flip it?

Check out the pics... Thanks in advance for the advice!
