Need opinions, What's it Worth?

What I know about it:
55 1st series on a motorhome chassis
SBC "ran-when-parked" but carb is missing
solid cab, running boards are inside the cab
ramp bed not finished. everything is just tack welded
clear title (for the 55)
steering/brakes hooked up, but not all the wiring (not sure how much wiring is done)
I didn't measure the ramp bed, but I notice it looks shorter in the pics than it does in person (maybe 18'-20')
