1968 Dually questions please help

I bought a 1968 c30 Dually with drum brakes all the way around it has 16" split rims on the back I bought newer style 16" rims and they won't fit over the drum in the rear and I want to change the front to disc also. Mi have the chance to buy an 1982 stake body for cheap can I switch everything over in the front to get disc brakes and hydro boost set up will it all fit and I would like to switch the complete rear so these will fit does anyone if it will work before I buy this other truck thanx
