C-20 questions???

So i have a c20 with a trim tag that says 5000GVW that has a heavy duty drive shaft set up, a big center bearing (292 w/sm420) and a c20 custom camper with a gvw rating of 7500 (327/th400). but the drive shaft is like a c10. it has the small center bearing. Not sure why. the pic is of the 5000gvw truck. What is the reason for the different driveshafts? I dont have a pic of the CC truck cuz its apart.
