ORD Sway bar disconnects
I just wanted to do a little write up about the ORD sway bar disconnects i installed on my truck. I tried them out today for the first time and let me tell you, the difference was night and day! My truck has never been that smooth and floaty on such rough terrain. Not having a sway bar really lets your suspension work the way it should off road. I'm beyond happy with Offroad Designs' product, they're totally overbuilt, easy to install, when connected they correct your sway bar position to compensate for a lift. Completely worth the money. After i got off the trail i realized the importance of a sway bar on the road though
![]() The install was super easy. I already had my entire front end apart for new bushings all around, so when i was ready to put my sway bar back in, i just slid the disconnects onto the bar, put the pins in, and bolted it up just like you regularly would. My only suggestion is make sure you grease the crap out of the pins when you put them in. I forgot to do mine and they were a b**** to get out.
